Database Buffer Cache Hit Ratio Low

My standby database 12c Release 1 version 12.1.0.2 is using AMM to manage the memory. The problem we are having is that our standby database is showing low buffer cache hit ratio alerts. Since we are not managing the memory why is this happening?

Note that the standby is used to do reporting

Environment:

OS is RedHat Linux 6.9

Oracle Version 12.1.0.2

Dataguard is used to do the replication
