Incorrect amount of Catchup Accruals

Hi Vaishali

We have faced the problem of incorrect "Catchup Accruals" transactions generation.

Let me explain on particular example.

The first open period in GL is April 2019.

Lease Commencement Date is 01th of January 2019. Lease Termination Date  is 31th of July 2020. Report from inception is switch on.

There are two payment terms:

1. Monthly payment - from 01th of January 2019 to 31th of July 2020.

2. One time - 31th of July 2020.

Because January 2019 is already closed ROU and Liability was generated by first date of open GL period - by the 1th of April 2019.

Amount of ROU and Liability in booking transaction is on 01th of January 2019.
