Campus Community - users able to bypass career variable data in SENR admin function with file upload

Per my SR, I am starting a discussion to log an enhancement. Academic Career (ACAD_CAREER) is not currently a required field for the SENR admin function in one of the 3C components, although Academic Career is required in order to select a Term value. Either Academic Career or Term is required when variable data is saved for SENR. Something similar applies to the STRM admin function, Academic Career is not required to save the record but is required to select a term value.
