Fluids Benefit Enrollment - Not able to add new beneficiary

Hi Team

 

We are upgrading to Image 30 and in the process of implementing Fluids Benefit Enrollment, and have found an issue. in AD&D when we are trying to add a new beneficiary,it allows you to add a Beneficiary/Dependent, however it’s not coming up as an option when you try to enroll them to the plan.

As anyone else had this issue, how was it resolved?
