How to export/import RBAC Flexfield security wizard setups

We are upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8.  As part of our upgrade we have completed RBAC setups using the available Security Wizards for both "Flexfield Value Sets: Security Administration Setup" and "Concurrent Processing: Security Administration Setup".  Now that we have this configured in one instance, is there an available FNDLOAD or similar process to export and import the setups to another instance?
