Specifying IDLN in Who's Who Batch Upload

When adding a Who's Who record through IV P0111Z1, the specific IDLN that is entered is what gets assigned.  However, when uploading through Batch Version R011110Z, it appears that the WWIDLN in F0111Z1 is ignored and the next sequential IDLN is assigned.  This makes it very difficult to get the right child phone number or email address assigned as well.  Is there a way to have R011110Z use the assigned IDLN?
