Supplier Contract Electronic Signature
Hi Team,
I was wondering if we need any special software like docusign or Adobe to be purchased separately or there is an inbuilt tool with PeopleSoft SCM which will allow for electronic signatures of Supplier Contract documents.
Based on what I have read in PeopleBook, we have below four options:
1) Need to have a subscription for Adobe document cloud eSign services
2) Need to have Adobe Professional 8
3) Need to MS word 2007 or higher + Adobe acrobat
Could you please help me understand if we need to purchase separate license for MS Word 2007 or higher if we want to use MS word to sign documents or we can use an existing MS WORD 7 or higher which we have purchased it as part of our Microsoft software like office (outlook, word,excel) for organization.
