asm disk not get visible after server reboot

We have two node RAC , With 5 DB's. While we reboot both servers, ASM disks not comes up automatically. We have to apply scan disks cmd. Then only asm disks are visible.

If any one have solution or why this problem occur, kindly provide output. waiting for positive reply.
