Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how to setup supplier sourcing user ?

When I login as buyer, i can access Sourcing Homepage no issue

When I login as supplier (using resp : Sourcing Supplier), I CANT. I got this error

Welcome to Sourcing! Unfortunately, you could not be set up as a Sourcing user. Please contact the System Administrator to complete your profile.

Which setup did I miss here?

I have done this

Check Securing Attributes of the user: ICX_SUPPLIER_CONTACT_ID and ICX_SUPPLIER_ORG_ID. Make sure the values are correct.
Check User has Supplier/Customer and Email Address recorded in System Administrator: Security > Define User form.
