Where to download Dev 10g version 10.1.2.3 for EBS R12.1.3 from

Hi

I have just started my new engagement as an ERP Developer in a firm that is on R12.1.3 and need to install appropriate version of Dev 10g for Forms and Reports.

It seems 10.1.2.3 is the appropriate version.

But when I am trying to download from OTN website I am getting a message this version is no longer supported and I should contact Oracle Support.

Can anybody advise what is the appropriate version of Oracle Forms and Reports for EBS 12.1.3 and where from I can download this version (or should I raise a Service Request).
