Blank Transcripts / XML Tokenizer Error - invalid character in name

Hello,

We're using Parchment to process our transcripts out of Peoplesoft 9.2 Campus Solutions.  The students request transcripts via the web front end of this third party software via a peoplecode application package the request is submitted and processed.  This works 95% of the time, however, on occasion the transcript request goes through but are not processed.  The log is generating a " XML Tokenizer Error - invalid character in name:<For: Header>transcript title " error, then "XML-20108: (Fatal Error) Start of root element expected".    There are some discussions that mention how the subtemplate call via import:psxmlp is a dynamic call to
