Open Enrollment Video not Displaying on a Mobile Device

We are currently testing Fluid Open Enrollment on Image 29, Tools 8.57.04 and we can see/play the video on a desktop, but when we access it on a mobile device (iPad and iPhone), it just displays a blank box and you can click the link to see the video transcript.  How do we get the video to play on a mobile device?
