Newly added Siebel server services are not coming up on Solaris env

Hi Team,

We have added  a new Siebel Server successfully in a Existing Enterprise.Also able to see the server through server manager but Siebel Services are not coming up.

Also I have checked ODBCSQL which is throwing following error

ODBC error IM003 in SQLConnect:

[DataDirect][ODBC lib] Specified driver could not be loaded

(native error 0).

Unable to login using specified ODBC parameters.

Siebel Version IP 2015

Please suggest for the same.
