Misscount increase

Hello,

   We use Grid Infrastructure 12.2, we have 2 nodes in the cluster.

   Due to electric problems, a node rebooted and it seems both nodes lost temporary access to storage.

   So the surviving node was also evicted because it took more than 30 secs ( misscount parameter ) to get access to storage again.

   Now, suppose the access to the disks recovers after 80 seconds

   My question is, in this scenery in this case it would have been better a  value for misscount  greater than 80 seconds.

   It is the third time we have this issue, and we are thinking of increase misscount to 90 seconds or even more.
