PPFG updates to 3 after R31802A run

Hello All,

Have anyone had a situation where PPFG field is updated to 3 after run of completion report R31802A. This is intermittent problem, but leaves Work Orders in status 96. Since PPFG is 3 no variance is generated by R31804.
