Is Oracle Streams supported in Oracle Enterprise 12.1.0.2 ?

Is Oracle Streams still supported in Oracle Enterprise 12.1.0.2 ?  I know the documentation says Streams is deprecated as of 12.1.0.2.  But the documentation does not say it is no longer supported (de-supported).  I'm trying to replicate using IMPORT (Legacy) from Oracle Enterprise 12.1.0.2 in Solaris 10 Sparc (Source) out to Linux x86 (Target).  I then want to use Streams to capture and apply changes from source to target until we have reached a point where the Solaris Source matches Linux x86 Target.  At that time the Target becomes the new Source and we no longer need the Solaris 10 Sparc 12.1.0.2 Enterprise DB.
