GG Heartbeattable

Hello

I had just added GG Heartbeattable to my DEV replication environment.

The DB Version is 12.1.0.2 on both source and target.  Both DBs are on the same EXADATA machine.  OGG Version is 12.2.0.2.2.

I noticed the timestamps in the heartbeat table are 4 hours ahead.  Our servers are in US EDT timezone.  But the timestamp is always 4 hours ahead.  At 4:48pm, the timestamp shows up as 8:48 pm.

Even the gg_heartbeat_seed table in the source database has timestamp 4 hours ahead of the server time.

The client machine I'm using has the same time as the DB server.  They're all on the same timezone.

Howdy, Stranger!
