Siebel Srvrmgr failing frequently

Hi Team,

We had an issue with connecting to Server manager from two server(app1 and app3). Architecture for this enterprise is 1 gateway and 3 Siebel server.

we are able to connect to srvrmgr from app2 without any failure but for app1 and app3 the Server-manger is failing multiple time, if we rerun

the job it is getting success for app1 and app2. We need to know the reason why we are unable to connect to Srvrmgr frequently.

Please note we are using a job monitoring tool to connect to srvrmgr and run the eim job. I am suspecting issue with same port number used by siebel server and Job monitoring tool.
