Multiple Issues

Hi all,

     While we are digging deeper into Property Module we are facing some more issues. here i'm mentioning the issues below can you please give me some solution to these.

1)      Even the Lease Term has matured ex: if the lease has a termination date till 20 may 2019 and the lease got over when i checked in the system it is showing that the lease is still active after the mentioned date. that means if i check the status of the lease in status by opening the lease on 21 or 22 may 2019. still it is showing that the lease is active only. is there is any option to change the status to terminated automatically once the lease period got over.
