customize PO search does not show any record for a specific user

Hi Gurus,

I have a typical scenario as below, issue is with specific user in PROD only.

EBS: 12.2.6

1. PO Inquiry Responsibility

2. BWC, Orders

3. Search page with Order: Is Not (Include Blanks) ; Supplier: XXXXX ; Buyer: XXXXX ; OU: XXXX

4. click Go, nothing is showing up

Same in any lower instance with same user gives search data but not in PROD

PO documents security level: Public, employee definition remains exactly same in all instances.
