R12 - Seeking advice about "Program - Maintain Budget Organization" job

Hi,

A customer I support is on R12.1.3.

They are asking about GL Housekeeping jobs. As part of that I am investigating the "Program - Maintain Budget Organization" job.

I ran it on a test system and it ran for 14 minutes and returned this in the log file:
