is there a way to have Flow Manufacturing ignore the shrinkage rate defined at item level?

Parent assembly has a sub-assembly (Shrinkage rate defined) with supply type 'phantom'. at backflush the sub-assembly's components are being issued out more than the required Qty mentioned in the BOM because of Shrinkage rate which is set at the item level, so is there a way to ignore the phantom sub-assembly's shrinkage rate effect to it's components.
