Unique Constraint error while loading My Wallet Import(EX_DATA_LOAD)

Hi,

We are getting unique constraint error while loading my wallet import.   Error screenshot mentioned below

We validated the system and found that the failing account number is not available in the system.   we are in the process of identifying the duplicates in the input file. 

Can anyone help to identify the duplicates if they have come across this kind of error before ?
