Is there a minimum net pay check PNA will issue?

I have an employee who is claiming exempt for federal taxes and has maxed out his deferred comp so he is only getting a check for $0.03.  In Final Calc, however, the system is taking $0.03 in Fed Withholding to make the net pay $0.00.  Is there a setting that determines a minimum check or direct deposit amount that wll be issued?
