Zero Rate Line on Invoice

We are attempting to show a Zero rate line or free of charge line on the Customer's invoice from Projects. We would create a Miscellaneous Transaction with an Expenditure Type. The quantity would be greater than 0 and the rate would be zero. We want to show the customer what they are getting for free. The invoice would have other expenditures that are billable with a value greater than 0. Is this possible to do from Projects and Interface to AR? I know in Implementation Options you can turn on Invoice Net Zero Lines but that is for Net Zero
