Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to make Outbound REST API call from Oracle CRM On-Demand Application to external system?

Hello, Dear Support Community!

To choose optional our integration approach of Oracle CRM On-Demand with external ERP System,

We have to clarify whether one can make Oracle CRM On-Demand application to perform Outbound HTTP REST call (or HTTP SOAP call) to an external system

on a registered event (such as Account update).

Searching in Documentation, as well as items on the Support Site, we could not obtain a clear answer to it.

Most of the items illustrating how an external system can perform Inbound HTTP REST / SOAP call to Oracle On-Demand.

But we a keen to know how to make an Outbound call, initiated by Oracle On-Demand application to other application.
