Agile PLM for process: Attempting to hide CSS and Related Specs tabs for Material Specifications

Customer requested that the CSS and Related specs tabs be hidden from Material Specifications. I removed the Tab Index entries for the 1004 spec type in gsm/web.config but now the References and Audit tabs link to the CSS and Related Specs tabs, I believe this may be javascript related? I found a similar KB article (Doc ID 2084182.1) that talked about editing the 2147.js file so I went to look in the 1004.js file but could not find a similar node to edit.
