Direct Connect Setup with Different SetID's

in our 9.1 environment in which our existing ePro is configured we use SETID GLOBL.  We now need to set up a new POBU and use ePro using a new separate SETID ENV01. We do not want those creating requisitions under the new SETID to be able to punchout to vendors like those in SETID GLOBL.  Is this possible to do this with two separare SETID's using the same instance of 9.1 eProcurement.
