P41001 Branch Plant Constant field Current Inventory Period
On the BP Constants page the Current inventory period field description is a little vague
"Enter a number from 1 through 14 that identifies the current accounting period. The system uses this number to generate error messages, such as PBCO (posted before cutoff) and PACO (posted after cutoff)."
Does this field need updated each month like on the Finance setup of current period? Seems very odd that someone would have to change that field on a monthly basis. In fact many of the sites do not and only a few do but are getting tired of changing each month prior to the work month starting.
