HOW TO UNINSTALL E1 STANDALONE MANUALLY

I upgraded the tools release on my standalone to 9.2.3.3 so I can have the watch list panes but it was very slow and there was only the option to  manage content classic page. I decide to revert to 9.2.1 tools however I used the incorrect installer. Now I am trying to install the standalone client only and getting errors below

INFO: 05/23/19 21:54:28.289 Package validation failed. An existing package is installed, but we cannot get information about its database from the file C:\E920_1\package.inf.
