R12 View Access Payment Manager

Hi,

I'm trying to find out if in Oracle R12 there is a way to create a view only access to the Payment Manager in order to see all the details of the payment batches being created but not yet confirmed: their content, their status, which payment document they are using etc...

And this without the possibility to change anything to the payment batches (for example terminate them, remove one payment, etc...), hence aview only access.
