Downstream Mining from Physical Standby (SQL error: OCI Error 1,109)

Hi All,

In my current setup, I want to do downstream mining from physical standby, if I followed Oracle Documents correctly, I found we need to register the extract process on Primary database and can use a different server for log mining purpose.

But in my scenario, i don't want to use Primary database at any cost.

So as of now, my scenario looks like this:

I have two databases:

PRIM - > Primary database (Server A)

STB -> Standby Database (Server

IND -> Database In Read write (Target for GG) (Server

Now we want STB will work as GG Source, but as this is standby database we cant start Integrated Extract process on this.
