Unable to create Internal Sales order from Spares Management. Multiple users affected with same error as below

Error

Internal Order Creation error: Execution of procedure process_order failed because the following unexpected errors occurred: Cause: ORA-20001: APP-PO-14052: Please enter a unique value Cause: You entered a value that already exists for this field. You must enter a different value. Action: Enter a unique value for this field.. Action: Please contact your technical representative.
