Disabling Client Licensing for old JDE Releases

Hi! According to document Doc ID 2063072.1, old releases of JDE, in our case is Xe SP19, will need to follow the whitepaper to disable license verification in order to continue using fat clients after 30-June-2019. We would like to know after implementation, instead of login fat client will not prompt for updating SPC anymore, anything we can check as proof of successful implementation? The client needs this information for internal auditing.
