Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle database "WARNING: skgpacctg /proc open failed, errno = 13" on previous patched solaris 11.4

some days ago many of our solaris 11.x environments where patched to

oracle@xxxxxxxxxxx:/oracle/diag/rdbms/diag/rdbms/t18csol/T18CSOL1/trace$ uname -a

SunOS xxxxxxxxx 5.11 11.4.6.4.0 sun4v sparc sun4v

Since then we get in every oracle database (11.2, 12.2, 18.3) the following warning message:

WARNING: skgpacctg /proc open failed, errno = 13

did not find any releated issue in MOS / google.
