AutoAccounting and new Cost Centre

We would like to post a new project to a different Cost Centre.

Currently All projects are posted to Cost Centre 1310, going forward, a new Project to be posted to Cost Centre 1350.

Saying that, Currently, AutoAccounting Rule for Cost Centre is defined as a Constant. Need help how to accommodate this new change in the existing Rule.

I know we can use SQL statement but what should be the criteria or lookup to be defined and how to keep existing logic unaffected.
