Export/Import tabs missing under file in Hyperion workspace

Hi Team,

User is  member of the HFM_FinSys group in PROD is unable to see the import/Export tabs under File and unable to see the change database connections option under tools .Observed that user has Scheduler access instead of Explorer access for Reporting and Analytics in production also scheduler is parent of explorer in Reporting and Analytics role group. Please provide a solution for this issue.
