Can Task status and Assignment status be in sink.

I am on 11.5.10 version. Task status and Assignment status do not be in sink. This creates issues while debrief. We are moving tasks to FSE from dispatch center. This make the Assignment status of task as Inplanning . BUt when we change the task status on SR to Assigned or Accepted this does not impact the assignment status and thus in debrief we cannot complete as the task assignment status is in-planning. Can we do something to make sure that these two status be in sink.
