Employee Wage Attachment workbench

I have been asked by users if something has changed with the wage attachment workbench. Running Canadian payroll in E1 9.1.

They have noticed recently that when they enter a garnishment the entry in the F06106 Employee Pay Instructions has a date in the Pay Start Date. They don't enter a date and it appears to be defaulting to the current date. They have said this never happened before, that the Pay Start Date would be blank. If we look at entries in the table there are many without a date.

I did review and see in the Additional Information tab of the Workbench there are From and Thru date fields. If you put a value in the From field when first setting up the garnishment it will show that date in the F06106, but they have never done this. And if the date is left blank and it ends up defaulting in the current date. Also, after initial add of the garnishment and the date defaults in, you are no longer able to edit it if you go back into the screen. It doesn't appear you can override the default
