Material issue from projects to supplier

Dear team,

we have and scenario that my client will purchase some equipment from supplier for the projects

once the project over may be 6 months or 1 year that equipment will sold out to the same supplier with discounted price for the usage and the supplier will buy the same back from projects with discounted price

How can we handled this
