Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can you please confirm if we can update existing preventive maintenance schedule of an active contract.

I am unable to update existing preventive maintenance schedule as it is grayed out. Please let me know your inputs.
