Relation between F4072 and F4074 tables

Would it be possible for anyone to share any inputs to connect and establish relationship between F4072 Price Adjustment Detail and F4074 Price Adjustment Ledger File tables?

We require it for a custom reporting purpose.

Any helps or inputs in this regard is highly appreciated.
