Revaluation entry source - How to identify

Hi ,

We have revaluation entry for say xx on one ccid say example : 0104-0221-000-21309-0000-0000-0000-0000-0000

The batch is posted perfectly for period - MAR-19 and we don't have any issue .

As part of audit we are asked to identify the source of this entry .

How can we do that. Please see the gl_lines and header table does not have any description or any thing to hint.

How to back-trace ?
