How to prevent series to update the largest value in Demantra 12.2

Hi,

In Edit lock expression we can make series Non editable after some value but the value gets saved in database first then it will make series non editable.

Basically, Our requirement is, It should not allow series to update the value and not allow to save the value in database.

It should stop to update the largest value before making series non editable.
