How to migrate Bill rate and Expenditure lines where Employee is end-dated (inactive) and invoice pr

Hi,

We are migrating our data to Projects Module from legacy system where in Project is active, Expenditure lines are being migrated for employee who is now inactive in the system and we are yet to Invoice for that employee using the Bill rate.

While migrating the data, it throws error that employee is inactive both for Expenditure line as well as Bill rate in Rate schedule.

One option thought was creating a dummy employee and assigning processing it but there is involvement of HCM Fusion and multiple other modules which will have impact on it. Impact analysis needs to be done for the same.
