Comments field when sending RMA for Approval

Hi

We would like to customize a report to retrieve information on  Return Sales Order approval reasons.

However we would like to retrieve the information from the Action>Notification >comments field , as the users enters the 'Real/detailed reason' in this field rather then when they select a return reason from LOV when copying the return from the S/O.

We could not find in which table the information this field (Order Management module>Order Organiser>Action>Notification>Comments field) is kept.
