Our users are complaining because Oracle some times just "spins". They try to navigate in the OAF forms for payables and the IE tab shows an icon that is spinning and it takes a while for the page to finally respond and display the page.

I am not sure if it is connected to the spinning issue but in the managed server logs, I am seeing this error message frequently:

java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

        at java.net.SocketOutputStream.socketWrite(SocketOutputStream.java:118)

        at weblogic.servlet.internal.ChunkOutput.writeChunkNoTransfer(ChunkOutput.java:591)
