R09705 takes longer that usual time intermittently.

R09705 takes longer that usual time intermittently.

We have schedule this UBE from third party scheduler.

This jobs completes normally in many instances but takes longer sometimes.

There is no pattern for this behavior.

How should we troubleshoot the performance issue further.
