YTD Depreciation & Accumulated Dep for Loading in Use Assets

Business Scenario:

1. I have list of 5000 Assets which was Physically Present in Premises which was currently in Use  but not yet added in ERP

2. Now I want to load all those Assets in System

3.  Example:

Asset Original Cost: 10000

Asset Life Yrs: 10 Yrs

4. Asset is being Used for the Past 4 Yrs now the remaining Cost of Asset is 6000

    i.e Remaining Cost : 6000

       YTD  Depreciation 4000

      Accumulated Dep: 4000

Question:

5. Now while loading Assets, I load Assets on Original Cost: 10000. Since there are so many bulk of Assets which I should Load but Unfortunately I cannot calculate YTD Dep & Accumulated Dep for all those bulk Assets Manually . So in this regard, Can I load all the Assets with dummy Figure for YTD & Accumulated Dep
