Compatibility check without order context

Hello,

I would like to know if any out of the box way to check compatibility between a product and promotion without creating order context in the Siebel. We are looking to provide a new screen in which the user provides promotion part_num and product part_num. Once he clicks Check Compatibility button, the pop-up message should be displayed with the compatibility message.

I found no option to check compatibility between two products without creating order and launching product configurator. Kindly advice me if any way to achieve this requirement.
